The book town of Wünsdorf once began with 20 second-hand bookshops, of which five are still used today. The Minx antiquarian bookshop in the Gutenberghaus is one of the last antiquarian bookshops in the book town of Wünsdorf. The historic Gutenberghaus houses over 200,000 antique books on a wide variety of topics and offers book lovers a rummaging paradise.
The bunker town of Wünsdorf offers history buffs an incomparable insight into the past. The surrounding areas invite you to hike in the Brandenburg forests, and here and there you can see traces of old bunkers or other historical artifacts. But off the beaten track, caution is advised, as these are also former military training areas. The Minx antiquarian bookshop at Bergmannstrasse 20 has been part of the Bergmannkiez for over 20 years and has seen many different faces. The Bergmannkiez is constantly changing, only the second-hand bookshop offers some stability in a world that is turning ever faster. The owners Dr. Rainer Minx and Wilhelm Fetting have held many books in their hands over the years and can say something about almost every book. The small bookshop doesn't offer much space, but something is offered every day on the benches in front of the door. There is something for every lover, and if it doesn't, the nice owners can deliver it promptly.
